Payment & Invoicing.
All projects require payment before work begins. Once we confirm your project details and timeline, you will receive a digital invoice with a secure PayPal payment link. We accept PayPal for all projects and packages. Your invoice will clearly outline every service included and the total cost — no surprises at the end.
Common Pricing Questions.
Are the prices fixed or can I negotiate?
Our package prices are set to reflect the quality and turnaround we deliver. However, for large volume orders or long-term retainer commitments, we are happy to discuss a custom arrangement. Reach out to info@arviondesigns.com to talk through your needs.
What does "starting at" mean?
Package prices start at the listed amount for a standard single piece. Projects with significantly higher complexity — for example, highly detailed multi-stone pavé settings or full collection briefs — may be quoted slightly higher. We always confirm the final price before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
Can I upgrade my package after starting?
Yes. If you start with the Essential package and decide you want renders added, we can upgrade your order before delivery. Simply reach out and we’ll adjust your invoice accordingly.
Do you offer discounts for multiple pieces?
Yes. If you need more than 3 pieces designed in a single order, contact us for a bulk quote — we offer reduced per-piece pricing for larger orders.
Is there a contract for retainer plans?
Retainer plans run on a monthly basis with no long-term contract required. You can pause or cancel at any time with 7 days notice before your next billing cycle.
