What should I provide before starting a project?
You can share sketches, reference images, gemstone specifications, or any written design brief. The more detail you provide upfront, the more accurate your first draft will be. Don’t worry if your reference isn’t perfect — we’ll ask clarifying questions before we begin.
What types of jewelry do you design?
We design all categories of jewelry — rings, pendants, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, bangles, and custom luxury pieces. We work with both individual custom orders and full commercial collections.
How does your design process work?
It’s straightforward: share your concept or reference → we build the 3D model → you review and provide feedback → we finalize and deliver your files. Most projects are completed within 2–3 business days.
How long does a project take?
Most projects are delivered within 2–3 business days from the time we receive all required references and project details. Complex or multi-piece projects may take longer — we’ll always confirm the timeline before starting.
How does your pricing work?
Our projects start from $50 for a basic 3D CAD model. We offer three packages — Essential, Professional, and Premium — as well as monthly retainer plans for businesses with ongoing design needs. View our full pricing here: [Pricing Page Link]
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. Every project comes with a detailed digital invoice outlining the services included, project cost, and payment confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal for all projects. Payment is required before work begins, and your invoice will include a secure payment link.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Minor adjustments — such as metal color, stone size, or small proportion changes — are covered within your included revisions. Significant structural changes or redesigns may be quoted separately. We’ll always be upfront about this before proceeding.
What files will I receive after the project?
Depending on your selected service, you will receive: 3D model files (STL and/or 3DM), high-resolution rendered images (PNG/JPEG), and/or 360° animation video files (MP4). All files are delivered digitally via email or file transfer.
Can you provide files ready for manufacturing?
Yes. Our 3D models are built to manufacturing standards and are fully compatible with CAM machining, CNC milling, and 3D printing workflows.
Do you handle confidential designs?
Absolutely. All client projects are treated with strict confidentiality. We do not share, display, or use your designs without your explicit permission. We are also happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request — at no additional cost.
Do you work with both small jewelers and large brands?
Yes. Whether you’re an independent jeweler working on a single custom piece or an established jewelry brand with ongoing production needs, our services scale to fit your requirements.
